Rondeli Foundation has started the training program “Capacity-building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-Making and Negotiation Skills”, which aims to improve the skills of mid-level civil servants in policy development and negotiation techniques.

For seven months, participants will receive theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of public administration, policy development, planning and analyzing and negotiation. Along with lectures, program participants, under the guidance of foundation mentors, will develop a policy document on vital issues affecting their agencies, which will be publicly discussed at the end of the training program. Participants will also travel to Tallinn to learn more about Estonia’s experience on the path to European integration.

The program is implemented by Rondeli Foundation with the financial support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) in partnership wih Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD).
