On February 21, 2024, the module – “Iran and the Region” was held at the Rondeli Foundation. Lectures were led by Alex Vatanka, an invited expert on the Middle East region and Director of the Iran Program of the US Middle East Institute.
The main topics of the lectures were: Iran’s history, political system, economic situation, foreign policy and Iran’s relations with other countries.
The course is held within the framework of the “National Security and Public Policy”, which is financially supported by the US Embassy Tbilisi, Georgia.
