On March 21st, the Rondeli Foundation organized a presentation of policy documents developed within the framework of the project “Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-Making and Negotiation Skills.” Over the course of a six-month training program, civil servants from various state agencies underwent extensive training to enhance their negotiation skills and policy document writing abilities. These participants then presented public policy documents addressing crucial policy issues, all developed under the supervision of GFSIS experts.

The overarching goal of the project is to assist the Government of Georgia in enhancing governance practices by empowering mid-level civil servants with advanced negotiation techniques and proficient policy document writing skills.

This initiative is made possible through the support of the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida).
