On November 3, 2022, the Rondeli Foundation hosted a graduation ceremony for the participants of the Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community (CBGL) training program. Ekaterine Metreveli, President of the Rondeli Foundation, H.E. Ulrik Tideström, Ambassador of Sweden to Georgia, and Alexander Darakhvelidze, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, graduate of the CBGL 2013, congratulated participants and welcomed a new cohort.

The Rondeli Foundation has been implementing Capacity-Building of the Georgian Leadership Community (CBGL) Program since 2009 with the financial support of the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida). The program aims to advance the professional skills of civil servants. Participants gain theoretical and practical knowledge in policy planning and analysis, as well as European integration issues and negotiation techniques.
