ToR – Enhancing Communication and Knowledge Sharing Along the Middle Corridor

The Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS) is seeking a highly qualified consultant from an EU member state to support a critical initiative aimed at enhancing the capacity of key stakeholders in Central Asia. This Terms of Reference outlines the need for a consultant who will be responsible for fostering capacity building, increasing knowledge and awareness of EU standards, and improving communication and knowledge sharing among countries along the middle corridor. The targeted stakeholders primarily include representatives from think tanks and analytical centers, private companies, and state agencies. Through this initiative, GFSIS aims to strengthen the collaboration between Central Asia and the EU, facilitating the adoption of best practices and standards that will contribute to regional development and integration.
