This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.
Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South Ukrainians achieved new advance south of Velyka Novosilka during the reported period. Ukrainian control over villages Neskuchne and Novodarivka was confirmed, as well as over village Blahodatne. Ukrainians advanced further, liberating villages Levadne, Storozheve and Makarivka. They also advanced through the area between Makarivka and Novodonetske, closely approaching Urozhaine, the battles for which were taking place at the time of writing. Also at the time of writing, Russians were counterattacking towards Makarivka, with resulting combat taking place between that village and Staromaiorske. Fighting without major territorial changes continued south of Vuhledar, southeast of Hulyaipole, and near Lobkove. Ukrainians remained unable to achieve major advance south of Orikhiv.
