On May 24, in the scope of “National Security and Public Policy Program”, a module on strategic communications ended. The lectures were conducted by Dr. Vivian S. Walker, Executive Director of the U.S Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy.

During the module, percipients deepened their knowledge on topics such as: strategic communication planning, strategies for persuading the audience, developing a campaign to combat disinformation.

At the end of the module, participants were divided into four groups and each presented a strategic communication plan based on the given topic. Eka Metreveli, President of the Rondeli Foundation, Alex Petriashvili, Senior Fellow and Maia Mikashavidze, Professor at the GIPA Caucasus School of Journalism and Media Management attended the event. Attendees evaluated the tasks performed by the participants.
