On November 12, 2010 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies hosted the 11-th meeting of the experts involved in Georgian component of “The Black Sea Peacebuilding Network” project. Two representatives of the Experts’ Council provided their presentations on the following topics: North Caucasus as a Factor in Georgia-Russia relations and Black Sea Regions: Actors and Powers. The presentations were followed by active discussions. Kakha Gogolashvili, the Director of EU Studies at the Foundation, informed the Experts’ Council about planned Russian-Georgian Experts Dialogue, which will take place in December this year in Istanbul.
