This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.
Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North Ukrainians liberated several villages including Stelmakhivka, Nadiya and Novojehorivka among others, approaching almost immediately the town of Raihorodka located 12 kilometers west of Svatove. Ukrainians also repelled a Russian counterattack from Kreminna in the direction of Terny.

Black Sea Area According to latest information, village Ternovi Pody northwest of Kherson city had been retaken by Russians at some point by early October. Fighting without major territorial changes continued around Snihurivka and to the west of it. In the Inhulets River breakthrough area, Ukrainians had been pushed back a little, with Shchaslyve and Kostromka either retaken by Russians or contested. Ukrainians attacked Russians at several spots between Bruskynske and Mylove without major advance.
Donbas Area – Northeast Heavy fighting continued on the outskirts of the city of Bakhmut and in the area around it. Russians took villages Zaitseve (southeast of Bakhmut) and Mykolaivka Druha. The fall of village Vesela Dolyna was confirmed as well. Intense fighting without confirmed major territorial changes continued in the northern and southern parts of the frontline in this area.
Donbas Area – Southeast Russian attacks occurred at many spots from Krasnohorivka in the north to Novomykhailivka in the south. Russians advanced a little on the southern outskirts of Pervomaiske and in the direction of Nevelske.
