This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

 

Kursk Area

Ukrainians pushed Russians back in the area of Kruglenkoe and north of Leonidovo.

 

Belgorod Area

No major changes were noted in the area.

 

Kharkiv Area

Fighting in the area continued without major changes.

 

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Russians pushed forward in village Lozova.

In the south, they advanced a little further within village Terny.

 

Donbas Area – Northeast

Ukrainians pushed Russians back in the area west of Zolotarivka and north of Verkhnokamyanske, where Russians had advanced in October 2024.

 

Toretsk-Kostyantynivka Area

Russians continued to slowly advance amid street fighting in Toretsk.

The claimed Russian advance west of Toretsk within village Shcherbynivka proved to have happened in the fall of 2024 rather than December, and has long since been reversed by Ukrainians.

 

Donbas Area – Southeast and South

Russians advanced a little in the southern part of village Vozdvyzhenka.

Very heavy fighting continued within Pishchane. Russians also attacked and advanced east of this village towards Zvirove, and west of it towards Kotlyne. Fighting continued within Vovkove.

Russians reached Solone, and advanced further within Novovasylivka.

Russuans completed the capture of Novoolenivka and Ukrainka, attacking from there towards Yasenove. Fighting continued within Novojelyzavetivka.

Attacing west of Stari Terny, Russians entered village Shevchenko. They also advanced in the western part of Kurakhove, and in the area south of this city.

Russians advanced from Uspenivka in the direction of Yantarne.

West of Velyka Novosilka, Russians continued their advance, crossing the road between villages Vremivka and Novosilka.

Fighting in the area continued without known major changes.
