From July 8 to 12, 2024, GFSIS organized the Rondeli Summer Camp at the Aspindza Rugby Base for 26 public school students from the Pankisi Gorge.
The goal of the Summer Camp is to increase non-formal education opportunities for youth, contribute to the integration of students from different municipalities of Georgia, and raise awareness of issues of national importance for the country. The participants took part in thematic discussions on topics such as Georgia’s foreign policy, Georgia and the European Union, Georgia on European maps, the significance of great discoveries, and more.
The camp program consisted of various cultural and educational events, as well as sports activities. The Rondeli Summer Camp was organized within the framework of the project – “Pankisi Youth School”– and is implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Georgia.
