From July 15 to 28, 2024, GFSIS organized the Rondeli Summer Camp at the Aspindza Rugby Base for 47 public school students from the mountainous regions of Adjara, the Adigeni municipality, the village of Mokhe, and Zarzma. The goal of the Summer Camp was to increase non-formal education opportunities for youth, contribute to the integration of students from different municipalities of Georgia, and raise awareness of issues of national importance for the country.

The participants were actively involved in thematic discussions on topics such as Georgia’s foreign policy, Georgia’s European path, Georgia on European maps, the significance of great discoveries, misinformation, archaeology, stamps, and more. The camp program also included a variety of cultural and educational events, as well as sports activities.

The Rondeli Summer Camp was organized as part of the “Community Youth Engagement in the Regions of Georgia” project and was implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Georgia.
