On September 27-28, a seminar “Transformation of Human Resources Management” was held for human resource management specialists in the public sector, led by Swedish consultants Mats Beskow and Hans Norgren and their Georgian colleague Tamta Chrikishvili. During the two-day event, the following issues were discussed: digitization of human resources management, politics and the role of public service, functional difference between human resources management specialists and organization managers, role redistribution in the process of human resources management, and the Swedish experience.
The meeting was held within the framework of the program – “Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community” (CBGL) – which aims to develop the professional skills of HR specialists employed in the public sector.
The Rondeli Foundation has been implementing the program since 2009, in cooperation with the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida).
