Security Challenges in the Nordic-Baltic and Black Sea Region

The Rondeli Foundation in cooperation with the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD) hosted an online discussion of the security challenges for the Nordic-Baltic and Black Sea regions that are in need of rapid reaction and joint action.
