On June 4, the Rondeli Foundation hosted a roundtable discussion on “The Conditions of Internally Displaced Persons in Georgia,” with participation from IDPs from Abkhazia and Samachablo, along with representatives of various political parties.

Participants discussed the state policy toward IDPs and the challenges they face. The second part of the meeting focused on the views, future plans, and activities of political parties aimed at transforming the existing state policy concerning IDPs.

The roundtable discussion was held within the framework of the project “Supporting Free and Fair Elections Cycle in Georgia”.

The project is funded by the European Union.
