On April 19, 2016 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and international Studies organized a public lecture for the representatives of ethnic Armenian community at the regional office of GFSIS in Akhalkalaki, Samtskhe-Javakheti region. Amb. Giorgi Badridze, a former Ambassador of Georgia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and currently a Senior Fellow at GFSIS discussed with the ethnic Armenian minorities the problem of Russian propaganda in Georgia.
The public discussion was held in the scope of GFSIS series of lectures aimed at capacity building of ethnic minority community of Javakheti and improvement of knowledge on the issues of local and nationwide importance. The activities are aimed to equip and empower ethnic minority community representatives to become agents of change.
