On March 29, 2018 Rondeli Foundation hosted a panel discussion “European Security in 2018 – a Look from the Baltics” featuring Taavi Roivas, a former Prime Minister of Estonia (2014-2016) and Ekke Nomm, Director of the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD), Estonia.

The speakers discussed the main developments and challenges of European security in 2018, the role of OSCE, NATO and EU in respect of changing current security environment in European countries. They also shared the experience of Estonia in the fields of security, military industry, e-governance and e-trade and emphasized the prospects of future cooperation between Estonia and Georgia in abovemetioned fields.

The discussion was moderated by Kakha Gogolashvili, Director of the EU Studies Center at Rondeli Foundation.

The event was attended by the representatives of governmental and non-nongovernmental organizations, diplomatic missions, international organizations and media, as well as the research institutions. The event was followed by Q&A session.
