On 23 December, 2007 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies hosted a meeting of Prime Minister,Vladimer Gurgenidze with representatives of Georgian civil society and academia. Prime Minister presented Georgian Government’s approach towards economic problems the country faces today and discussed possible solutions to these problems.

The format of the meeting included interaction with the audience, including leading experts of the field. Discussions covered the most pressing problems and the audience had an opportunity to ask questions and get information on the policies that Georgian government plans to undertake for improvement of the country’s economic situation.
