Lecture on “Crisis Messaging in Complex Information Environments: The Case of Benghazi” by Vivian Walker

On July 8, 2020 Vivian Walker, Executive Director of US Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy at the Department of State, conducted an online lecture. 

Dr. Walker has a 26-year career with the State Department, she also served as Professor of National Security Strategy at the National War College in Washington, DC , a professor of strategic and security studies at the National Defense College of the United Arab Emirates.

Rondeli Foundation alumni of National Security and Public Policy, as well as, representatives of Rondeli foundation attended the lecture.
