On March 9, 2020, a graduation ceremony for the class of 2018-2019 and welcoming reception for the next cohort of the program Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community (CBGL) held at Rondeli Foundation.
The president of Rondeli Foundation Ekaterine Metreveli and Swedish Ambassador to Georgia Ulrik Tidestrom congratulated participants on the completion of the course. Together with the program participants, the senior fellows of the foundation attended the ceremony, who gave lectures and guided the participants in writing policy papers. Some of these papers were published and distributed at the ceremony.
Rondeli Foundation has been implementing the program since 2009, with the support of the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) and in partnership with the Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD). The project aims at engaging with middle-level public servants and civil society representatives in policy development and negotiation skills. Since 2009, 280 public servants from different public agencies have participated in the program.
