Following a military confrontation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the emerged new realities in the South Caucasus have shown that Russia still remains a leading player. In these circumstances, it is important to understand properly the dynamics of Russia-Georgia relations of recent years as well as how it can develop further in the near future and most importantly, what should Georgia expect from Russia.
