On August 6, 2015 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS) launched the first hot coffee – hot issue discussion within the Policy Trainings For Young Political Party Activists Program.
The seminar dedicated to the dispute around the National Bank of Georgia was conducted by Prof. Merab Kakulia, Senior Fellow, GFSIS. The presentation was followed by an engaging discussion.
Policy Trainings For Young Political Party Activists Program aims at addressing the lack of healthy policy debate and the polarized political environment existing in Georgia through carrying out a six-month-long training program in political sociology, international relations, economics, policy analysis, research methods, mass media and political leverages. Program is targeted at young political party staffers. It is implemented by GFSIS with the financial support of National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
