Within the activities young representatives of ethnic minority communities representing both Tbilisi and the regions participated in the capacity-building seminars and discussions. GFSIS affiliated experts discussed Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, developments in the South Caucasus and the Middle East regions and its effect on Georgia’s’ politics. The cohort also engaged in the practical training on policy paper crafting.

By the end of the program, 10 beneficiaries will be granted a chance to go through a two-month-long internship at the State Agencies and Tbilisi-based think tanks. The project is supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Georgia.
