The goal of the project was to contribute to the national unity through the integration of ethnic Greek community representatives into Georgia’s civil and political life.
The project activities included intensive training in the issues of international relations, economics and public administration, as well as in Georgian language, on job training at various governmental agencies and mentorship. The one year long program involved 12 representatives Georgia’s ethnic Greek minority community from all over Georgia (Tsalka, Ajaria, Imereti, and Tbilisi).
After the completion of the program six out of 12 participants stayed within the public service, while others have made significant career promotion in non governmental and business sectors.
